Return & Refund Policy
If you would like to return or exchange any item purchased from our website, please contact our Customer Service Department at hello@pooshoo.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for completing your return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in original packaging.
- Used items cannot be returned unless the product is defective or arrives damaged.
- Custom items are not returnable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (download and print) at no cost to you. You may choose either a replacement item or a full refund.
Non-Defective Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items returned unopened and in original packaging will receive a full refund (minus any service fees or original shipping costs).
- Items returned opened but unused will incur a 20% restocking fee of the item cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for both defective and non-defective items if requested within 30 days of delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Non-Refundable Services
- Priority Processing fees are non-refundable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
